 tress und zu Burnout führen. Wie kann ein Team produktiver sein\, auf das 
 eigene Wohlbefinden und das persönliche und berufliche Wachstum achten und
  Burnout vermeiden? Auf welche Art ist die Dynamik\, die in solchen Berufs
 feldern typischerweise auftauchen\, verbunden mit den grösseren sozialen u
 nd politischen Feldern\, im Hintergrund wirken? Und warum kann es wichtig 
 sein\, mehr darüber zu wissen?\n\nAn diesem Seminarwochenende untersuchen 
 wir die Dynamik rund um Trauma und Marginalisierung als einen Prozess\, de
 r uns nach innen (intrapsychisch)\, in Beziehungen (Interaktion) und in Fe
 ldern (Teams\, Gruppen\, Organisationen) beschäftigt. Das umfasst die Arbe
 it an der Vision\, die wir für unsere Berufsrolle haben\, die Werkzeuge\, 
 die wir als Einzelne und Teams zur Verfügung haben und den Handlungsspielr
 aum\, der uns zur Verfügung steht im Kontext der Organisation\, dem sozial
 en und politischen Umfeld. \n\nWir lernen wie das Zusammenspiel dieser ver
 schiedenen Bereiche den Zugang zu unseren Ressourcen und die berufliche En
 twicklung beeinflusst. Wir untersuchen auch das Auftauchen und Verschwinde
 n der drei Rollen des Opfers\, des Täters und des Retters in diesem Prozes
 s.\n\n\n\nAlexandra Vassiliou\, Ph.D. und Vera Lardi sind seit vielen Jahr
 en beruflich in diesen Feldern aktiv\, begleiten Gemeinden und Organisatio
 nen und bilden Berufsleute aus. Ihr methodischer Hintergrund fusst auf der
  Prozessarbeit\, der sozialen Psychologie und dem Psychodrama. Sie haben i
 n den letzten Jahren ihre eigenen Werkzeuge und Ansätze entwickelt\, um Be
 rufsleuten in traumatisierten Arbeitsumfeldern zu unterstützen.\n\nDurch T
 heorie und praktische Übungen werden Inhalte verdeutlicht und wahrnehmbar 
 gemacht. Die Werkzeuge\, mit denen wir arbeiten können auf dieser Basis we

 \n\n\nA training seminar for professionals in the role of caretaker who ar
 e exposed to trauma in their work environment\n\nWorking with a traumatize
 d clientele can be complicated and stressful and is often connected with w
 orkers’ burnout. How can a team be more productive\, take care of their we
 ll-being\, personal and professional growth\, and minimize burnout of its 
 members? How are the dynamics typically appearing in environments like thi
 s (individual experiences and interactions in the team) often connected to
  the larger social and political field in which it operates? And why is th
 at important to know?\n\nIn this training seminar we will explore trauma a
 nd marginalization as an internal\, relationship and field dynamic. We wil
 l focus on three areas:\n\n\n	The vision we hold for our professional role
 \n	The skills that are available in the individuals and the team\n	The room 
 for maneuver produced by what is actually feasible in the given organizati
 onal\, social and political context\n\n\n\n\nWe will learn how the interpl
 ay between these three areas affect our access to available skills and to 
 the professional development of individual and groups. We will also explor
 e the way that the roles of perpetrator\, victim and savior appear and flo
 w in the marginalization process.\n\n\n\nAlexandra Vassiliou\, Ph.D. and V
 era Lardi draw on their extensive experiences as professionals in the fiel
 d\, as community workers and trainers. Their methodological approach is ba
 sed on Processwork\, Social Psychology and Psychodrama. Over the years the
 y have developed their own tools in working with professionals dealing wit
 h traumatized individuals and groups. \n\nThis training seminar combines t
 heory and experiential exercises\, in order to deepen our understanding of
  the above dynamics and provide space to further develop our skills.\n\n\n

 d groups or individuals in therapeutic institutions\, social services\, co
